Pricing questions

Why might my price be different?

We use regional pricing. In many countries outside North America, Western Europe and East Asia, checkout shows a lower local price automatically. The standard price is US$24.99.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. Download NTFSTool and mount your own drive 3 times for free. Buy only after reading and writing work on your Mac.

Do I pay again for new macOS versions?

No. Your license includes all future updates, including major versions. Owners of older 4.x licenses move to Pro for free.

How do I get a refund?

Email us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. If NTFSTool can't read and write your drive, you get a full refund at any time. The license is deactivated after the refund.
