Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NTFSTool software published by NTFSTool, together with the End User License Agreement (which contains the full license, data-safety, warranty and liability terms) and the Privacy Policy. Contact: service@ntfstool.com.

License

NTFSTool grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use the official notarized package downloaded from ntfstool.com. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent license checks except where prohibited by mandatory law.

Data safety

NTFSTool reads and writes file systems on your drives. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose and always eject a drive before unplugging it. Some features (Erase as NTFS, First Aid, removing a Windows hibernation file) change or delete data by design and ask you to confirm first. The full data-safety, warranty and liability terms are in sections 4, 5, 12 and 13 of the End User License Agreement.

Lifetime license price

NTFSTool runs locally on your Mac. Lifetime updates are included.

The NTFSTool Pro Lifetime License is a one-time payment of US$24.99. Some countries and regions see a lower regional price at checkout; mainland China is priced in CNY. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The exact price is shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay; taxes may apply.

Payments

Orders are processed by our authorized online resellers, which act as the merchant of record for your purchase: Payhip, Waffo and Creem for international orders, and our payment partner for mainland China. The reseller handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax/VAT, and its name may appear on your card statement. Your license key is issued by NTFSTool after the payment is confirmed. 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 45-day money-back guarantee: ask within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. In addition, if NTFSTool cannot read and write your NTFS drive on your Mac after you have followed our support guidance, we refund you in full, including after 45 days (works-or-refund guarantee). Details and limits are in the End User License Agreement, section 3. After a successful refund, the corresponding License Key is automatically revoked and blacklisted in the cloud and cannot activate NTFSTool again.

If you have an activation or billing issue, email service@ntfstool.com for priority human support. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Breach and termination

If you breach these terms — for example by reverse engineering the software, circumventing or tampering with license checks, sharing or reselling license keys, exceeding the permitted activations, or using fraudulent payment information — NTFSTool may, depending on the severity, send a warning, suspend your license, or permanently terminate it by revoking and blacklisting the license key so it can no longer activate NTFSTool. Licenses terminated for breach, fraud or chargeback abuse are not eligible for a refund. We will notify you by email at the address used for the purchase; if you believe a decision is wrong, reply to service@ntfstool.com and we will review it. You may stop using the software at any time. Sections on limitation of liability and trademarks survive termination.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTFSTool’s total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the license. The software is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
