NTFSTool Installation Agreement (EULA)
This NTFSTool Installation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and NTFSTool Official (“NTFSTool”, “we”, “us”). By installing, copying, or using NTFSTool (the “Software”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use.
2. High-Risk Notice; Backups; User Responsibility
Disk operations may be risky. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of all data. You assume all risks arising from installing and using the Software, including any risk of data loss, data corruption, hardware failure, system instability, incompatibility, or inability to access volumes.
3. Scope and System Permissions
The Software provides NTFS disk access features on macOS. To function properly, the Software may request system permissions, install or use drivers or system extensions where applicable, and may require you to approve permissions in macOS settings. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to access and operate on any disk or data.
4. Security, Malware, and Availability Disclaimer
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that operation will be secure, virus-free, malware-free, or free of harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures, including antivirus tools and safe computing practices.
5. Optional Features and Future Programs
From time to time, we may offer optional features, services, or programs (including, without limitation, optional bandwidth/resource-sharing programs) that require separate notice and your explicit opt-in consent. Any such optional program may be subject to additional terms. You may refuse to participate and continue using the core Software where available.
6. Restrictions

- You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
- You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- You may not use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Third-Party Components
The Software may include or interact with third-party components. Such components may be subject to separate open-source or third-party licenses. To the extent a third-party license grants you additional rights, those rights will take precedence for the applicable component.
8. Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy: https://www.ntfstool.com/privacy.html.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
